Found in Brazil as a mini-miniature sized, cool to warm growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 thin, tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, purple speckled, thickly coriaceous, narrowly elliptic-semiterete, subacute, gradually narrows below into the base leaf that can bloom at any time of the year on a successively single flowered, 1/20" [1 mm] long, from low on the ramicaul inflorescence with a bract and a thin floral bract.
