Common Name The Crested Dryadella [refers to the crested midvein of the petals]

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in southern Colombia without locality as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 thin, loose tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, thickly coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, subacute, gradually narrows below into the base leaf that blooms in the summer on a successively few flowered, congested, 1/10" [3mm] long inflorescence arising from low on the ramicaul with a thin, acuminate bract and thin, acuminate, imbricating floral bracts.
