Found in Brazil without locality as a mini-miniature sized epiphyte with an erect ramicaul enveloped by 2 to 3 thin, loose tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, thickly coriaceous, narrowly elliptical, sulcate, acute, gradually narrowed below into the base leaf that blooms in the later spring on an erect, .08 to .12" [2 to 3 mm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence enveloped by a bract, arising from low on the ramicaul with a thin floral bract.
