Common Name The Cajamarcae Elleanthus

Flower Size

Found in Cajamarca department of Peru at elevations around 2300 to 2400 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with erect stems carrying lanceolate, acuminate, tridentate apically cuneate below into the base leaves that blooms in the fall on a terminal, to 1.2" [3 cm] long, ovoid to subglobose, subsessile, subdensely several flowered inflorescence with ovate, acuminate just longer than teh ovary floral bracts.
