Common Name The Cerro Jefe Elleanthus [An area of westcentral Panama]

Found in Panama province of Panama in very wet montane forests at elevations below 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm growing, caespitose epiphyte with a slender leafy stem carrying coriaceous, oblong-ovae, bilobulate witha minute apicule leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, slightly fractiflex, .4 to .6" [1 to 1.5 cm] long, 5 to 12 flowered inflorescence with oblong-ovate to ovate, imbricating, scarious, sparsely furfuraceous at least three longer than the ovary floral bracts and carrying white flowers with some furfuraceous dark hairs on the sepals.
Schlechter desrcribed an orchid as E muscicola which I can find nothing on but Szlatchetko & Kolanowska 2023 say that this orchid is similar but differs in the trilobed apex of the lip versus truncate.
