Found in Antioquia Colombia at elevations around 2000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a very short stem carrying sub-equitant, laterally compressed, narrow, ensiform leaves that blooms on a lateral, axillary, 1.2" 3 cm] long, few flowered inflorescence with narrowly triangular floral bracts.
