Found in Goias state of Brazil as a small to medium sized, warm growing terrestrial with two ovoid tubers one much smaller than the other giving rise to an erect, thin stem partially enveloped by lanceolate, acute sheaths that blooms on an erect, 6" [15 cm] long, several flowered inflorescence
