Common Name Archila's Encyclia [Guatemalan Orchid Nurseryman current]

Found in Alta Verapaz department of Guatemala in liquambar/oak forest at elevations around 1400 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with ovoid pseudobulbs carrying 2 to 3 apical, linear, apically emarginate, oblique leaves that blooms in the later spring on an erect, 20.4" [51 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence carrying flowers with yellow green sepals and petals and a yellow white labellum.
Similar to E amanda but differs in the column shape, with an incised apex and with a lip with shorter nerves on the midlobe.
