Found in Minas Gerais and Bahia states of Brazil as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte on tree trunks or occasional lithophyte, with suborbicular, slightly compressed pseudobulbs carrying 2 to three, apical leaves that blooms on a several to many [12 to 18] flowered inflorescence with fleshy flowers.
