Common Name The Una Encyclia [A unique small nature preserve in coastal Bahia state Brazil]
Flower Size 1.2" [2.8 cm]
Found in a small nature preserve in the coastal Atlantic forest of Bahia state of Brazil at elevations of 10 to 50 meters as a small sized, hot growing epiphyte with spherical to pyriform pseudobulbs carrying one to two apical, pronounced midrib groove, acuminate apex leaves that blooms in the summer in situ on a paniculate inflorescence with 7 to 10 non-fragrant flowers.
