CAUTION!!! I have no way of personally verifying this determination. It is especially suspect as the species type was from Peru and this photo was taken in Costa Rica so use extreme caution here.
"Epidendrum adenoglossum Lindl. belongs to the 1841 GROUP Mancum SUBGROUP Mancum characterized by the sympodial growth, narrow spathaceous bracts with parallel sides, erect raceme with non-resupinate flowers and a generally reduced, fleshy lip. The species is recognized by its larger plants, longer leaves, 3-veined petals and an entire, linear lip. Epidendrum pachoi Hágsater & L. Sánchez has two apical leaves, three-veined, elliptic petals, and a three-lobed lip. It is very similar to Epidendrum mancum, which has 3 to 4 leaves, smaller inflorescence, spathulate petals, and an entire lip. Epidendrum microglossum Schltr. has larger plants, narrower, linear-lanceolate leaves. Epidendrum brachyglosum Lindl., has 3 to 4, linear-lanceolate leaves, and an obscurely 3-lobed lip."
