Common Name Dunsterville's Epidendrum [American Botanists in Venezuela 1900's]

Found in Venezuela in cloud forests at elevations around 1000 to 1300 meters as a small to large sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with erect to ascending, simple stems carrying membraneous, distichous, linear to narrowly linear-lanceolate, acute leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, paniculate, each branch 4" [10 cm] long, rachis, slightly fractiflex, successively single, several flowered inflorescence with distichous, scarious, imbricate, evanescent, ovate-lanceolate, acute floral bracts and carrying pale yellow flowers .
