Common Name The Gaoligong Epigeneium [A mountain in Yunnan Province China] - In China Gao li gong hou chun lan
Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]
Found in Lushui, western Yunnan province of China on rocks or as a miniature sized, cold growing epiphyte at elevations of 2400 to 2600 meters with 1.2 to 3.6" [3 to 9 cm] between each narrowly ovoid to cylindrical-ovoid pseudobulbs carrying 2, apical, ovate-ellitpci to elliptic, leathery, rigid, bilobulate apically, narrowing below into the short, enveloped by sheaths, petiolate base leaves that blooms on a terminal, .8 to 1.2" [2 to 3 cm] long overall, .2 to .28" [5 to 7 mm] long, enveloped by membraneous sheaths, single flowered inflorescence with ovate, small, membraneous floral bracts.
