Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Malaysia, Java and Sumatra on exposed ridges, small trees or on rocks and or mossy ground at elevations around 1600 meters as a small sized, warm growing epiphyte with 2" [5 cm] between each ovoid pseudobulb enveloped in youth by imbricate, scarious sheaths and carrying a single to 2, apical, elliptic, obtuse, coriaceous, petiolate base leaves that blooms on a terminal, much longer than the leaves, 8" [20 cm] long, 4 to 10 flowered inflorescence with ovate, acute floral bracts
