Common Name The White Flowered Eria

Found in southwestern India at elevations around 2050 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with close set, globose-ovoid pseudobulbs with white scaly spots and leafless with age, carrying elliptic-lanceolate, abruptly narrowing below into the short to long basally clasping leaves that blooms in the summer on a few, terminal, rahci arcuate, brown pubescent, 2 to 4” [5 to 10 cm] long, laxly many flowered inflorescence with cymbiform, persistent, longer than the pedicel floral bracts and carrying white, scattered flowers.
