Common Name or Meaning Junghuhn's Eria [German Botanic Explorer in South East Asia late 1800's early 1900's]

Found in Java at elevations of 1600 to 2000 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with a pseudobulb that is completely enveloped by 6 or so, imbricating bracts and carrying 2, apical, erect, coriaceous, linear-oblong, unequally bilobed apically leaves that blooms in the spring on an erect then arching, 22" [to 55 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence.
