Found in Sulawesi on forest trees at elevations around 1000 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with ovoid pseudobulbs carrying a single, large, apical leaf that blooms in the summer on an inflorescence carrying white pink flowers with roswe red petals towards the base and a lip that is yellow in front.
