Found Assam, Myanmar and Thailand at elevations of 1000 to 2200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with globular, turbinate pseudobulbs carrying 2, deciduous, linear leaves that blooms on 1 to 2, hysteranthous, erect, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence
