Flower Size 1/2" [1.25 cm]

Found in southern Yunnan province of China and Vietnam in forests on trees and rocks at elevations of 1000 to 1200 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with .8 to 2" [2 to 5 cm] between each ovoid, arising at an acute angle to the rhizome pseudobulb carrying 3, lanceolate, acute, gradually narrowing into a thin, petiolate base leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on 2 basal, enveloped below by imbricate, tubular sheaths, pubescent, to 4" [10 cm] long, 6 flowered inflorescence
