Found on northern Luzon within the Philippines in mossy forests at elevations around 1530 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with wrinkled, tapering stems carrying towards the apex, 5 to 7, tapering at both ends, acute, obliquely erect leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on axillary, to 6" [15 cm] long, brown hairy, loosely many flowered inflorescence
