Found only in the Philippines at elevations of 100 to 1000 meters as a medium sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with clustered oval pseudobulbs enveloped basally by papery, dry sheaths and carrying 2 to 4, lanceolate leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on an arching, to 15" [37.5 cm] long, many [70] flowered, brown pubescent, light green inflorescence.
