Common Name or Meaning The Delicately Flowered Eria
Flower Size 1/4" [9mm]
Found in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, Borneo, Java, Sulawesi and Sumatra in heath forests on coastal plateaus at elevations of 600 to 1300 + meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a creeeping rhizome with 3/4" [1 cm] between each terete, smooth, three to 5 leaved stem with the narrowly lanceolate leaves towards the apex and blooms in the summer on 3 to 6, 1.6 to 3.6" [4 to 9 cm] long, 25 to 40 flowered inflorescence arising from the nodes in the upper 2/3's of the stem and artising from beneath the leaves with ovate, acute floral bracts.
