Found in Myanmar, Thailand and Laos at elevations of 1200 to 2000 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing epiphyte with thin, erect, several noded stems carrying 3, apical, narrowly lanceolate, acute, basally narrowing leaves that blooms in the winter on a short 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence
