Common Name or Meaning The Thin Eriochilus - The Slender Bunny Orchid

Flower Size .36 to .48" [.9 to 1.2 cm]

Found in southwestern Western Australia in swamps, near streams and in winter wet depressions at elevations of 10 to 250 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a single, ground hugging, ovate, light green, hairless leaf that blooms in the late winter and spring and strongly influenced by fire on an erect, 4 to 10" [10 to 25 cm] long, 1 to 2 flowered inflorescence.
