Common Name The Acute Lipped Eulophia
Flower Size .8 to 1.6" [2 to 4 cm]
Found in Zaire, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe in mixed deciduous woodlands often in rocky soils at elevations of 480 to 1650 meters as a small to medium sized, hot to warm growing terrestrial with subterranean, tuberous, elongate tubers giving rise to 3 to 5, narrowly linear leaves that are scarsely developing at flowering occuring in the later spring and early summer on an erect, laxly 3 to 15 flowered inflorescence with a few scattered bracts.
