Flower Size 1.2" [.48 cm] long

Found in central Madagascar as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with subterranean pseudobulbs carrying grass-like, lanceolate-linear, slightly shorter than the inflorescence, heavily plicate, nerved leaves that blooms in the early summer on an erect,peduncle longer than the rachis, with several sheaths, to 14" [35 cm] long overall, several flowered inflorescence carrying pendulous, reflexed flowers
