Found in New Caledonia on mossy trees in rainforest at elevations of 800 to 1400 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with numerous branching, slender stems carrying several small narrow leaves that blooms in the late spring, summer, fall on a terminal, short, single flowered inflorescence
