Found in the Philippines in damp, mossy shaded localities at elevations of 2200 meters as a small sized, cold growing terrestrial with erect stems carrying 3, ovate-lanceolate, dark green, white to yellow veined leaves that blooms in the later spring on a terminal, erect, to 1.6" [4 cm] long, pubescent, to 20 flowered inflorecence
