Flower Size .15" [3.7 mm] wide

Found in western Sumatra without elevational data as a miniature sized terrestrial with an erect, thick, fleshy, dull reddish stem carrying 6, oblong-ovate, gradually narrowing towards the apex, acute, broadly rounded basally, dll velvety blackish above, margins with reticulate copper veining, dull greenish beneath leaves that blooms on an erect, terminal, terete, pubescent, dull brown, peduncle to 2" [5 cm] long, rachis pubescent, 3" [7.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with subulate, acuminate, enveloping the base of the ovary floral bracts carrying small, scarsely opening flowers.
