Common Name The Spider-Like Flowered Habenaria

Found in DF, Goias, Matto Grosso, Sao Paulo, Parana', Santa Catarina and Rio Grande Do Sul states of Brazil as well as northernmost Argentina in damp grasslands as a medium to large sized, cold growing terrestrial6 t9, all along the stem, oblong-lanceolate, gradually smaller above and below leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, erect, 6 to 8" [15 t o20 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence carrying green to whitish based flowers that are greenish towards the apex
