Found around Malange Angola at elevations of 1000 to 1200 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial witha rather stout, leafy stem carrying 9 to 15 linear-lanceolate, acute, decreasing in size upwards leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, [8 to 11.5 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with densely ciliate along the margins, sparsel outside, shorter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying white flowers
