Common Name The Decorated Habenaria
Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]
Found in Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya in upland moorlands and mountain slopes at elevations of 2500 to 3800 meters as a miniature to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect, leafy stem carrying 3 to 7, lanceolate to oblong-lanceolate, grading smaller above leaves that blooms in the summer on a to 6" [15 cm] long, rather laxly 12 to 11 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, longer than the flower floral bracts and carrying suberect, all white flowers.
