Common Name The Bent Spur Habenaria

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Ethiopia in grasslands at elevations of 1900 to 2600 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect stem carrying 2 basal, adpressed to the ground, broadly ovate leaves with 3 to 4 sheaths along the stem above that blooms in the summer and fall on a terminal, erect, 3.2 to 3.6" [8 to 9 cm] long, 5 to 8 flowered inflorescence with ovate-oblong, floral bracts and carrying pale green flowers.
