Common Name Guillemin's Habenaria [French Orchid Collector in Brazil 1800's]

Found in DF, Goias, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo, Parana', Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina states of Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay as a mini-miniature to small sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect stem enveloped by 2 to 4, small, elliptic-oblong to oblong, acute to obtuse, basally clasping leaves grading to bracts above that blooms in the late spring through early fall on an erect, terminal, 2" [5 cm] long, 6 to 8 flowered inflorescence with longer than the flowers below, shorter above, lanceolate floral bracts. .
