Common Name The Jaguariaíva Habenaria [A Town in Parana' state of Brazil]

Found in Goias, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and Parana states of Brazil in dry hilghland grasslands as a small to medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect, thin stem with a few, ovate-oblong, acute, laxly clasping below to form bag-like leaves that can hold water, grading smaller above to linear, acute bracts that blooms in the summer on an erect, 1 to 4, most often 2 flowered inflorescence carrying fleshy, pretty flowers.
