Common Name The Milky White Flowered Habenaria

Flower Size .4" [1 cm]

Found in Jalisco and Michoacan states of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with small subterraneoan tubers giving rise to an erect stem enveloped completely by leaf sheath bases carrying distichous, strongly carinate, erect, adpressed to the stem, linear-lanceolate, acuminate leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, terminal, 3.2" [8 cm] long, to 15 flowered inflorescence .
