Found in Chiriqui province of Panama in rocky grasslands , grassy slopes and meadows at elevations around 750 to 1700 meters as a miniature to small sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with an erect stem enveloped by sheathing bases with 3 to 4 carrying lanceolate to linear-lanceolate, acute, ascending leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, terminal, 1.2 to 2.4" [3 to 6 cm] long, sublaxly to subdensely few to many flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceoalte, acuminate just shorter to longer than the ovary floral bracts. and carrying pale green flowers with a yellowish lip. acute decreasing towards the apex leaves that blooms in the late spring on an erect, terminal, [42 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with leafy, acute, as long as to slightly longer than the pedicellate ovary. .
