Found in Bahia and Minas Gerais states of Brazil in the Chapada Diamantina at elevations of 640 to 1600 meters as a small sized, warm to cool growing terrestrial with an erect, leafy stem carrying towards the middle largest, decreasing in size above and below, linear to linear-lanceolate, clear green leaves that blooms in the summer and earlier fall on a terminal, erect, racemose, to 4.8" [12 cm] long, laxly to 20 flowered inflorescence carrying green to yellow green flowers.
