Common Name Novaes' Habenaria

Found in Sao Paulo state of Brazil as a medium sized, warm growing terrestrial with an erect, somewhat angular, leafy stem carrying membraneous, ovate-lanceolate to linear-lanceolate, 5 nerved, erect-patent to patent, scuminate, amplexicaul basally leaves that blooms in the summer on a terminal, erect, 6.4 to 8" [16 to 20 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with linear-lanceolate, acuminate, very refexed, shoerter than the ovary floral bracts and carrying yellow green flowers.
