Common Name The Socotrana Habenaria
Flower Size .72" [1.8 cm]
Found in northern Somalia and Socotra Island as a terrestrial with a thin, glabrous stem carrying 4 to 5, rosulate, membraneous, oblanceolate to oblong-elliptic, obtuse leaves that blooms in the late fall and early winter on an erect, terminal, 8 to 10" [20 to 25 cm] long, lax, several flowered inflorescence with attenuate, acuminate, shorter than then ovary floral bracts.
