Common Name Tuerckheim's Habenaria [German Orchid Collector in Mexico late 1800's early 1900's]

Flower Size

Found in Mexico and Guatemala at elevations around 350 meters small sized, hot growing terrestrial with an erect, terete, glabrous, substrict, short stem carrying 5 to 6 basal, rosulate, elliptic, acuminate, glabrous, thin textured leaves that blooms in the later summer and fall on a terminal, erect, to 4.8" [12 cm] long, to about 20 flowered inflorescence.
