Common Name Limpricht's Hemipilia [German Plant Collector 1900's] - In China Duan Ju She Hui Lan
Flower Size .6" [1.5 cm]
Found in central Guizhou and central to northwestern Yunnan provinces of China in limestone meadows and in grasslands at elevations of 1000 to 1600 meters as a warm to cool growing terrestrial with narrowly oblong-ellipsoid tubers giving rise to a stem with a tubular, basal cataphyl and carrying 1 to rarely 2, ovate, cordate basally, subacute apically leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, 11.2" [to 28 cm] long, laxly 3 to more than 10 flowered inflorescence with 4 to 9, ovate-lanceolate sterile bracts and ovate-lanceolate floral bracts
