Found in Kalimpong, Darjiling India at elevations around 2000 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with globose to ovoid-globose tubers giving rise to an abbreviated stem carrying radical, sessile, cordate, semi-succulent, faintly margined and reticulated with dark green nerved leaves taht blooms in the later summer on a terminal, erect, peduncle with acuminate bracts, 4.8 to 6" [12 to 15 cm] long, 3 to 4 flowered inflorescence carrying white tipped with green flowers
