Found in Java at elevations of 650 to 1500 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing terrrestrial with 3 to 4, near basal, green, ovate-oblong, acuminate, 3 sunken veined leaves that blooms in the late winter and early spring on a terminal, erect, slender, pubescent, peduncle much langer than the rachis, to 10 flowered inflorescence carrying non-resupinate flowers that do not open well.
