Common Name The Small Flowered Holothrix

Flower Size .2" [5 mm]

Found in southern Cape Province and southern Natal South Africa in dry scrub and scrub forests at elevations of sea level to 1200 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing terrestrial with a few broad hairless leaves that blooms in the winter through spring on an erect, terminal, minutely and thinly pilose, to 8.4" [21 cm] long, lax, many flowered inflorescence.
