Common Name The Plow Share Shaped Homalopetalum [refers to the pseudobulb]

Flower Size .12" [3 mm]

Found in Jamaica at elevations of 1200 to 1600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with wedge shaped pseduobulbs carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, ovate, fleshy leaf that blooms in the fall and early winter on an erect, terminal, filiform, .88" [2.2 cm] long inflorescence.
