Common Name The Narrow Leaf Jumellea

Found in north central Madagascar in lichen forests at elevations around 1400 to 2000 meters as a small to medium sized, cool growing terrestrial orchid with a stiff, compressed stem carrying numerous leaves that are equally, obtusely bilobed apically that blooms in the fall on a 2 to 2.48" [5 to 6.25 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
