Common Name The Slim Leafed Jumellea
Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm]
Found in Reunion and Madagascar in damp forests at elevations around 300 to 2000 meters as a miniature sized, hot to cool growing terrestrial with a short, erect stem carrying 5 to 6, unequally bilobed apically, conduplicate towards the base leaves that blooms in the summer and earlier fall on an axillary through old leaf sheaths, 3.2 to 4" [8 to 10 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with 2 to 3 basal sheaths and a tubular floral bract.
