Common Name Bismark's Kefersteinia [German CoDiscoverer of Species current]

Found in Peru in high, cool wet montane forests on western Andes Slopes at elevations around 950 to 2000 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with distchous, imbricating, articulated, leaf bearing sheaths and carrying, narrowly lanceolate, midvein keeled, gradually narrowing into the conduplicate base leaves that blooms in the summer and fall on several, lateral, short, single flowered inflorescence.
