Flower Size less than .4" [1cm]

Found in Ecuador in extremely wet montane forests at elevations around 1000 meters as a miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a loose fan of 5 to 7, narrowly obovate, acute, narrowing below into the subpetiolate base leaves that blooms in the late fall and winter on an axillary, slender, much shorter than the leaves, 1.2" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with a small, tubular sheath subtending the ovary and carrying a green flower.

Said to be the smallest flowered species within the genus.
